I called and told this young man that I saw his truck and wanted a key/fob made and we scheduled my evening appointment. An hour after my scheduled appointment time, I called to see if he was on his way. When he called back and I told him he missed my appointment he kind of blew it off with an “oops I overlooked your appointment”. I was willing to reschedule and asked if I’d receive a discount for his mistake. Without skipping a beat, he said “I don’t operate my business that way, but I’m happy to refer you to someone else who might offer a discount”. A couple things that were wrong: the fact that he never offered his name on any of the times that we spoke (he doesn’t answer his phone using his name or his company name or thank you for calling), and he didn’t try to salvage my appointment. Unfortunately, he’s learning a lesson the hard way. It would’ve been much easier to offer a discount and come out and do an excellent job and earn a new customer who could then be a referral source in the community to his business. He chose otherwise, and this is the result. I wish him well in his business and hope he will learn some valuable lessons from this experience.

Great experience with this company! I locked myself out of my house (of course I did) with no backup key. I called and received an answer right away (after calling several companies with either no answer on their main lines) and then I received a quote over $250 from a competitor.In tears, I then found The Lockout Guy. Horrible service i was guven a bad report from Ramin amd when called to have it replaced he acted like he didnt remember doing my red convertible chevy camaro he said i do those cars all the time!! He didnt guve me a receipt but gave me his personal number if i had any problems amd when i called to tell him he gave me a bad remote he said without a receipt he couldnt do anything he didnt give me a receipt !! Saw a review he unlocked a car in 30 seconds so I called when I locked myself out in the west side of El Paso. Came in less than 25 minutes and had my car unlocked in like 15 seconds and he did it IN THE RAIN. Not all heroes wear capes! Take my word for it you will not be disappointed!
