If you need a locksmith for any reason look no further. I was on vacation and thought I lost my keys and boy was it an argument with my old lady about me not having a spare set. I found them in our check in luggage but boy the flight home was stressful until I was able to check my luggage from pick up. I called around several places and was shocked at the quotes I received. I called Lockout Guy and Ramon showed up to my house and made me a whole new set at a fraction of cost. I definitely recommended him for any locksmith needs.

I called and told this young man that I saw his truck and wanted a key/fob made and we scheduled my evening appointment. An hour after my scheduled appointment time, I called to see if he was on his way. When he called back and I told him he missed my appointment he kind of blew it off with an “oops I overlooked your appointment”. I was willing to reschedule and asked if I’d receive a discount for his mistake. Without skipping a beat, he said “I don’t operate my business that way, but I’m happy to refer you to someone else who might offer a discount”. A couple things that were wrong: the fact that he never offered his name on any of the times that we spoke (he doesn’t answer his phone using his name or his company name or thank you for calling), and he didn’t try to salvage my appointment. Unfortunately, he’s learning a lesson the hard way. It would’ve been much easier to offer a discount and come out and do an excellent job and earn a new customer who could then be a referral source in the community to his business. He chose otherwise, and this is the result. I wish him well in his business and hope he will learn some valuable lessons from this experience.
